Key responsibilities:

• Coordinates design activities for development projects with the assigned team
• Supervises project progress and informs the team manager of any delays or issues
• Provides technical support to teams in the design, validation, and approval of concepts
• Keeps technical documentation up to date, including calculations, testing, verification, and validation
• Organizes and plans project-related activities while maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
• Contributes to cost estimation, quote analysis, and supports the sales team in preparing proposals

• Is a member of the OIQ
• Holds a university degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Has at least two years of relevant experience in project management
• Demonstrates strong mechanical skills and knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proficient in at least one CAD software (Catia V5, SolidWorks, Solidedge, Inventor, or Autocad)
• Bilingual in English and French; a high percentage of communications are in English with international subsidiaries and clients. Frequent meetings with English-speaking partners
• Shows autonomy, organization, leadership, and a strong sense of customer service
• Willing and able to travel to client sites and manage multiple projects simultaneously
