Motec is a leading manufacturer of heavy-duty camera systems and specializes in the development and production of camera-based driver assistance systems (ADAS) for commercial vehicles and mobile machines. We are a German medium-sized company with over 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of robust, reliable cameras and mobile electronics. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager OEM (M/F/D)

What Tasks Await You?

  • Expansion and management of our customer network in the agricultural segment
  • Building, maintaining and expanding strong long-term relationships with existing customers and business development
  • Technical and commercial activity to customers for agricultural applications, machine solutions and product specifications
  • Monitoring customers satisfaction, conducting follow-ups and driving actions to improve customer experience
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs and customer events
  • Management of customer projects in close cooperation with project management and R&D
  • Analysis of trends and developments and sharing insights with the team
  • Preparation of strategic plans, forecasts and customer planning

What Do We Expect From You?

  • Technical or commercial degree, degree as a state-certified technician or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in automotive account management – desirable in the field of agriculture, commercial vehicles or mobile machinery
  • Strong customer orientation, communication talent and strategic business understanding
  • Understanding of agricultural processes, machines and applications
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as intercultural competence and high commitment
  • Very good knowledge of German and English – other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (50%)
