Position Summary: We are looking for a Field Service & Application Engineer to join our Singapore team, supporting customers across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, commissioning, application support, and service activities for our precision metrology instruments. You will work closely with customers, regional colleagues, and global teams, playing a key role in delivering technical excellence and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically trained engineer who is customer-focused, curious, and eager to grow in a global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and support Taylor Hobson's main line metrology instruments, primarily in Singapore and across the ASEAN region as required
• Deliver application and product training to customers on-site or online
• Support service business activities, including AMECARE, repairs, and application training
• Conduct customer demonstrations, including test piece measurements and live or virtual demos
• Respond to customer technical and application-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with regional and international colleagues to ensure consistent service quality and knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Experience:
