We are looking for your support as a Customer Service Technician (M/W/D), in Germany, in the Greater Stuttgart Area, Korntal-Münchingen.

How you make the difference @ FARO:

• Repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of our products for our customers
• Accurate inspection and problem analysis of incoming devices
• Correction and documentation of technical errors
• Care and maintenance of our 3D measurement systems
• Support in the calibration area

Who you ideally are:

• Completed training in electronics/electrical engineering or comparable technical training
• Experience in the technical service area is advantageous
• Independent, motivated personality with a pronounced can-do attitude
• Structured, process-oriented working method
• Positive handling of stress situations
• Good MS-Office skills, knowledge in the area of CMM (computerized measuring machinery) is a plus
• Good English skills in speech and writing (B1)
