Campus Vet Clinic Client Service Representative

Campus Vet Clinic is looking for a personable and skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success.

Salary: $19 – 21 per hour depending on experience and education

Schedule: Full-time, four 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday

Location: 1807 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Berkeley, CA 94709

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required

1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred

Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing, and insurance preferred

Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred

Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools

Professional and friendly phone etiquette

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Very detail-oriented

Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
