What We're Looking For:

AmeriSave is currently hiring an End User Support professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven and passionate about playing a key role in our company's growth. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will be based out of our Sandy Springs, GA location.

What You'll Do:

Provide onsite support for teams that work in office.

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.

Desktop hardware and software maintenance and support.

Scanner, printer and other peripheral maintenance and support.

Maintain inventory of IT applications/software.

Test and deploy software and updates to all internal/WFH desktops as well as virtual desktop environments.

Remediate vulnerabilities in physical and virtual desktop environments.
