Job Summary

The Agent Support Specialist at Brock Partners focuses on agent-facing operational support, onboarding, and day-to-day service for independent agents working with the organization. This role emphasizes agent success, compliance assistance, contracting coordination, and resource support. The Specialist ensures a smooth experience for agents by helping them navigate systems, tools, carrier requirements, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to agents regarding contracting, certifications, and onboarding processes.

- Assist agents with system navigation, quoting tools, enrollment platforms, and compliance requirements.

- Serve as a central point of contact between agents and Brock Partners corporate operations.

- Resolve agent questions related to commissions, carrier processes, and platform access.

- Coordinate communication, updates, and resource distribution to agents.

- Maintain accurate records of agent contracting, performance, certifications, and compliance documentation.

- Support leadership with reporting, special projects, and operational improvements.

- Assist with training coordination, webinars, and agent resource development.

Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

- Insurance or agent support experience preferred (Medicare experience a plus).

- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
