We are seeking a Donor & Client Support Coordinator II for our Charlotte, NC office located at: 13500 South Point Blvd, Ste L., Charlotte, NC 28273.
Shift Information: 1st shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Information: The salary for this position is $20.24/hr. + Shift Differential (+$1.75 after 3pm, + $1.25 on weekends)
Responsibilities
Scope
Full knowledge of job. Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job. Contact within department and occasionally outside of organization.
Qualifications
Education: High School or equivalent required. Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a science or health care field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience in blood banking/collections, laboratory testing, medical records, auditing, quality review or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. The ability to read, write and verbally communicate at the high school to college level is required. Intermediate to advanced level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment is required.
Travel: N/A
Bilingual is helpful
*Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
Physical Requirements
The duties are representative of the essential functions of the position. Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer and applicable software for sustained periods of time.
