The Rotational Engineer is an entry-level engineering position for newly graduated engineers. Rotating through each of the core business sectors of ABS, the rotational engineer will spend up to four months each working in engineering, survey, and technology. Through broader and more technically challenging work assignments, the incumbent will develop a thorough understanding of policies, methods, and procedures. Following the completion of each rotation, the engineer will be placed in a permanent role as either Engineer I or Surveyor I.
