Why you'll love this job The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic manner and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner. What you'll do promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, computes fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets. Answer inquiries regarding general travel information. Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received. Must be able to accomplish personal audits. Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision.
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Knowledge of reservations and sabre skills. Average oral and written communication skills.
