School Psychologist

Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support students in Port Orchard, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, in-person role begins as soon as November 24, 2025.

Position Details

• Location: Port Orchard, WA
• Start Date: November 24, 2025
• Duration: 24 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 37.5/week (30-minute unpaid lunch)
• Modality: In-person only
• Setting: Elementary preferred; secondary considered based on experience
• Caseload: Assigned to one school; no formal caseloads
• Openings: 1
• Interview: Zoom
• Feedback Time: Within 48 hours
• Pay: $65–$75/hr (local)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site psychological services to students
• Support mental health, developmental, and behavioral needs
• Assist in qualifying students for additional support services
• Collaborate with educators and service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance
• Maintain documentation and uphold professional standards

Requirements

• Valid School Psychologist certification
• Eligible for Washington ESA
• Master's degree in psychology (preferred)
• Experience with pediatric/adolescent populations
• Current CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Minimum age: 18
