Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? We're hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year! This is a full-time, in-person opportunity split between two schools within the school district.

Location: Madison, IN Area Schedule: Full-Time | 2025–2026 School Year Compensation: $50/hour

What You'll Do:

• Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver engaging, school-based OT services
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with each student's plan of care

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
• At least 1 year of OT experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (as required by contract or state)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be 18 years or older

Minimum Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
