Medical Services Coordinator (LPN) - Public Health

Local Only — Medical Services Coordinator – Day Shift | 15 Weeks | 40 hrs/wk | Start ASAP

Location: Portland, OR Modality: Medical Services Coordinator (LPN) Shift: 8-hour days (start between 7–9a, end between 3:30–5:30p) Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday (flexibility required) Hours: 40 hrs/week Contract Length: 15 weeks (temp-to-perm opportunity) Start Date: ASAP (3–4 week credentialing window)

Pay Package

• Non-Bilingual Rate: $25–$28/hr
• Bilingual Rate: $27–$30/hr

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 1 year of public health employment, including care coordination, health administration, and/or direct clinical care
• Experience with EHR preferred
• Experience coordinating with medical providers (appointments, documentation uploads, insurance pre-approvals) preferred
• Residential setting experience preferred
• Bilingual highly preferred (must pass proficiency test if applicable)
