Industrial Medical Provider / Industrial Medical Extender
This is a 90-day contract position with no opportunity for extension, and we are specifically seeking local candidates only.
Location: Manufacturing plant in Menomonee Falls, WI (client name will be disclosed upon interview scheduling) Pay Rate: $35/hr Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting return-to-work exams for factory employees
- Performing new-hire physicals (including breathalyzer and urine drug testing)
- Scheduling audiograms
- Administering vaccines for international travel and organizing flu clinics
- Providing health-related assessments onsite
- Stabilizing patients in emergency situations and coordinating EMS/911/life flight if needed
- Offering care to employees and their family members onsite
