Location: Huntington Beach

Contract Length: 3–4 months (with possible extension)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM

Hours per Week: Approximately 32–35 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: Up to $45/hr

About the Role

Amergis Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and provide exceptional therapy services to students in a school setting. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help students achieve functional goals and succeed academically.

Key Details

• Caseload/Class Size: ~55 students
• Classroom Settings: Mild/Moderate (M/M), Special Day Class (SDC), and General Education
• Grade Levels: Elementary & Middle School

Requirements

• Current California COTA license/certification
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Experience:
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Elementary-level experience strongly preferred
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Current CPR and health clearances as applicable
