The Direct Support Personnel III assists individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health challenges with growth and development of interpersonal skills and activities of daily living in the home, community or residential setting. The Direct Support Personnel III works directly with the resident and provides supports for activities of daily living and adaptive skills. The Direct Support Personnel III should follow the guidance of the resident/patients Individual Service Plan.

Required after 6 months weeks Required: Driving residents in personal vehicle Local Pay: $25/hr Location: Chittenden County - (Burlington, Colchester, & Essex and other towns) Required: Driving Residents on a daily basis to appointments, into the community, grocery store, etc. Temp to Perm After 13 Weeks Required – Internal DSP Pay Rate: $20.32/hr+ Program Types: 1) Community Based Programs or 2) Residential Settings/Homes
Minimum Experience and Certification Required: Related Experience: 2+ years' PCA experience
