Caregiver – Direct Support Personnel

Are you ready to make a difference in someone's life every single day? We're looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders in a group home setting.

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities like personal care, meal prep, and household tasks
• Help residents build independence and interpersonal skills
• Create a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident thrives

What We Offer:

• Starting pay at $22/hr. (with potential for more based on experience)
• No driving required during your shift
• Flexible schedules:
• Full-Time: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
• Part-Time: one weekend day per week is a must.

What You'll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Must be 18+ years old
• CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB test or chest x-ray (if applicable)
• Current Health Certificate (as required)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow professional standards
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks
