Role Title: Systems Engineer
Role Description: The Systems Engineer's primary task is to provide Systems Engineering support to the operational and technical personnel within the project. Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Systems Engineer takes the lead of critical activities, covering all technical areas of the project that require a Systems Engineering approach. The Systems Engineer assists with activities relating to System Acceptance and Commissioning of the Defence Segments. In addition, the Systems Engineer assists the Integration Lead and T&E Lead to ensure the timely availability and fitness for purpose of the Defence provided Customer Furnished Information, Data and Material (CFx) as and when required. The Systems Engineer is expected to have a strong knowledge of Systems Engineering practices and methodologies as applicable to the overall project lifecycle.
Essential Requirements: • A qualified practitioner with higher degree qualifications or relevant industry experience of more than 8 years. • NV1 Security Clearance • Services are to be provided by personnel holding professional engineering qualifications that cover the relevant subject areas and with extensive experience in the required systems and software engineering services.
