Description of Duties: The Junior Client Support Administrator (Jr CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
- Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users.
- Provide in person and phone support to MDA end user troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and office products.
- Install hardware at end users offices (laptops, desktops, monitors, etc).
- Maintain professional behavior and dress.
- Contribute to large scale projects and events.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- This is a customer-facing position, and the position requires some travel.

Basic Requirements:
- Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 0 years of general experience.
- Must have 2 years of related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting.
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner).
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Requirements:
- Have Customer Service and DoD experience.
This position is expected to pay $65,000 - $90,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
