Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Communications and Recruitment Marketing Intern that will play a key role in establishing and streamlining our recruitment marketing plan! You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and develop content for our digital and social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This role will be instrumental in increasing our online presence, attracting candidates to our company, and establishing our brand in the government contractor world.
Major initiatives will include developing social media campaigns for our talent acquisition team, creating sharables, as well as revamping our current job openings. Being innovative and having the ability to bring ideas to life and execute them, as well as solid writing experience, is crucial. College students with a Communications, Public Relations, Recruitment marketing, or related major, and an interest in Government Contracting are encouraged to apply.
