Due to internal staff movement we have an opportunity for a Customer Services Representative to join our Customer Services Team in Norwich. The role will report directly to the Commercial Manager. In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, working together with the Production and Sales Teams to deliver products from our extensive portfolio to support a range of clients, based in the UK and worldwide. You will work alongside colleagues to ensure customer needs are carefully met while making the most effective and efficient use of capacity & resources, and setting priorities where appropriate. The successful candidate will have a methodical & meticulous working manner, good communication skills across all levels of the business. They will be self-motivated, a strong team player, and be flexible and adept at juggling priorities and working under pressure. Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills will be essential in this challenging but rewarding role, which will include an element of Planning alongside our Production teams. Ideally you will have experience in a customer services role, possess qualifications in English language & Mathematics, have good analytical & computing skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office packages.
