The Global Account Manager (GAM) is responsible for driving and managing Ambiq's global customer engagements across strategic accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and Ambiq's product portfolio to develop long-term partnerships, maximize business opportunities, and expand into new application areas. The GAM will act as the primary customer advocate within Ambiq while ensuring revenue growth and operational excellence.
The person in this role will be accountable for building and managing a robust design-win funnel, from initial socket identification through to mass production. This involves securing technical roadmap alignment between the customer's future system requirements and Ambiq's product development cycles. Furthermore, the GAM will own the multi-year revenue forecast, negotiate complex pricing and supply agreements, and orchestrate a global team of business unit stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
