Amber for Batteries unlocks more value for homeowners with batteries, driving down their energy bills and their payback periods. By storing energy when it's cheap and exporting it to the grid for wholesale feed-in rates of up to $19/kWh, Amber's software is completely changing the economics of home batteries and accelerating the energy transition.
Amber for EVs is our EV smart charging solution that helps EV owners save on their charging costs by using more cheap, renewable energy - whether that's their own excess solar energy, or renewable energy that's abundant in the grid.
We are hiring a Strategic Growth Operations Manager to sit within the Marketing team and drive the operationalization of growth opportunities at Amber.
This is a hybrid role for an analytically minded operator who can move between strategy, analytics, experimentation and execution.
You will rigorously analyse growth levers using SQL and self-serve data tools and then work cross-functionally to put your insights into motion by designing tests, launching initiatives, and scaling what works.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Data, and Finance but ultimately own outcomes in the Marketing & Commercial Growth space, embedding scrappy growth-ops horsepower into the team.

This is a full-time role to be based ideally from Melbourne, but we are also open to considering the right candidate anywhere within Australia.
We have an office in the Melbourne CBD, where we work flexibly between the office and home. For those based in Sydney we work from a co-working space in the city, and the rest of the locations in Australia work from home. We expect to remain Melbourne based but maintain flexibility between the office and WFH.
