Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer
Hi I'm Lorenzo, VP of Engineering at Altura. We're looking for a Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer to shape how we build, ship, and scale software as we grow.
At Altura, we're creating an engineering culture where small, well-designed changes drive real progress — a place for resilient, curious builders who thrive on doing hard things well and at pace. This is a rare chance to establish best-in-class DevOps practices from the ground up and directly influence how our engineering team operates.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Altura, you will design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, automate operations into infrastructure-as-code to streamline developer workflows, and help us build a scalable, reliable platform that powers our AI-driven products and a rapidly growing customer base. Along the way, you'll collaborate closely with engineers across the stack to improve developer experience and speed up delivery.
If you're excited to build and automate at scale, and want to help make Altura one of the best engineering scaleups across EMEA, we'd love to meet you.
We're Altura, an ambitious SaaS startup, and we just raised our Series A! At Altura, we're making it easier for organizations to win complex tenders and RFPs. With our AI-powered platform, we simplify bid management by turning it into a smooth, collaborative and strategic process. We connect workflows, automate tasks, and make knowledge accessible, so teams can work more efficiently and effectively.
But we're not stopping there. We're building the first AI-powered Agentic Virtual Bidmanagement Assistant, designed to automate the entire bid lifecycle. With fresh funding, big ambitions, and a fast growing team, we're just getting started.
If you value innovation, enjoy working collaboratively, and want to make a real impact, we'd love to have you on board.
Let's work together!
