Responsibilities

Marketing Communications Professional

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Conception, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Customer Support: Advising and supporting customers to understand their needs and develop appropriate marketing strategies.
• Content Creation: Writing promotional texts, creating content for social media and other communication channels.
• Analysis: Conducting market and competitive analysis, as well as evaluating campaign results to optimize future actions.

Digital and Print Media Professional

• Media Planning: Selection and booking of advertising spaces in digital and print media.
• Budget Management: Monitoring the budget for media purchases and ensuring cost efficiency.
• Collaboration with Publishers and Agencies: Coordination and negotiation with external service providers and media partners.
• Trend Monitoring: Observing new media trends and technologies to identify and utilize innovative advertising opportunities.

Marketing Assistant

• Support in Marketing Activities: Assistance in the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Documentation and Reporting: Creation of reports and presentations to show the results of marketing measures.
• Market Research: Support in conducting market research studies and analyzing collected data.
• Event Management: Help in organizing events, fairs, and promotional activities.

Marketing Manager (IHK)

• Strategic Planning: Development of long-term marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and company growth.
• Leadership of Marketing Projects: Leading project teams and coordinating the implementation of marketing measures.
• Customer Development: Identification of target groups and development of targeted marketing approaches for customer retention and acquisition.
• Controlling: Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance to ensure goal achievement and budget compliance.
