The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures.

Essential Function - Roles/ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include: hourly talent acquisition, employee relations activities, retention analysis & action planning, HR Administration for On and Off boarding, payroll, timekeeping and compliance. Benefit and policy questions. Administers companywide HR initiatives. Coaches and influences leaders and associates. Conducts employee investigations.

Education Level preferred Associate or experience Certifications Preferred Years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred 2 to 3 Years of Recruitment Experience Preferred 1 Years of Employee Relations Experience 1 Years of Employee Investigation Experience 0 HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc) 1
