The role is to be a Senior Software Developer, Tech Lead you'll be a key technical leader within an agile team, focusing on the operational health and resilience of our e-commerce platform. You'll drive the operational side of the storefront and backend systems, being a key pillar of a team of both front-end and back-end developers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the performance and resilience of multiple products, becoming an authority on the business processes and value they create. You will experience many facets of the world of ecommerce web development with a domain and event driven architecture that is scalable and reactive, working with live data all deployed on the cloud.

Basic proficiency in French is imperative for all positions, given our operating context in Quebec. Positions involving exchanges with customers or external parties located outside Quebec require proficiency in English as an essential requirement. We will also give priority to candidates residing in Montreal during the recruitment process. However, we may consider recruiting talents from outside the region to ensure the quality and diversity of our team.
