Creating test cases based on requirements documentation and preparing test data.
Performing manual tests (functional, regression, and integration) in the Salesforce environment.
Reporting and tracking defects using tools like Jira, TestRail.
Collaborating with the project team (developers, analysts, testers) in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Supporting acceptance testing (UAT) and participating in improving the testing process.
5–8 years of experience in manual testing, including with Salesforce.
Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience).
Experience in designing test cases, test scenarios, and test planning.
Working with tools for managing tests and reporting errors (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
Ability to analyze business requirements and functional documentation.
Knowledge of integration testing, workflows, validation rules, and user stories.
Good command of the English language.
