VIP IT Support Specialist
We're looking for someone who knows their tech and knows how to treat people. As our VIP IT Support specialist, you'll provide "white glove" support to executives and key stakeholders. This role is all about delivering fast, seamless, and discreet IT support with a polished, concierge-style approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated, priority IT support to executives and VIP users onsite
- Deliver personalized, white glove service with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Manage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and mobile device issues with urgency and minimal disruption
- Proactively monitor and maintain executive technology environments to prevent issues before they arise
- Coordinate and support executive meetings, presentations, and events, including AV setup and troubleshooting
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- Act as a single point of contact for VIP users, managing incidents end-to-end
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and support activities
- Provide concierge-level onboarding for new executives, including device setup and personalized training
- This role is expected to work on Service Desk tasks, supports various projects, and may involve additional responsibilities as needed, it's not limited to VIP support only
- This role requires being on call
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
$101.6K- $140K USD

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years supporting executive or VIP users
- Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom), and enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, and remote access technologies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in white glove or concierge IT support environments
- Knowledge of AV systems and executive conference room technologies such as Celestron, Logitech, etc.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Apple)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
