Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a sharp, adaptable Solutions Engineer to join our fast-moving team. You'll act as the connective tissue between our customers and our product to ensure smooth integrations, unblock technical challenges, and translate customer needs into product insights.

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves working with people as much as they love working with code. You'll collaborate closely with customers, engineering, and product teams, and play a key role in both post- and pre-sales workflows. If you thrive in ambiguity, get energy from helping others, and can debug just about anything, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through integration and implementation, serving as their technical point of contact
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack
• Collaborate closely with the product team to relay user feedback
• Support sales conversations by providing technical perspective
• Build tooling, documentation, and workflows that make future integrations smoother for everyone

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with fullstack experience
• Experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or developer-facing role
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered products
• Excellent communication skills — you know how to speak both code and customer
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and deployment tools (e.g., Next.js, Vercel, Railway, etc.)
• Startup-oriented mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration and not precious about what you work on

Bonus

• Experience writing technical docs or building internal tooling
• Track record of working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
• Experience supporting high-growth products or startups
