Trade Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Promotions Coordinator

These tasks await you:

• You coordinate promotions and partner experience measures in close collaboration with the sales teams & operations and strengthen our relationships to partners and customers.
• You are responsible for the operational project management: from budget planning over reporting to the coordination with agencies and service providers you keep all threads in the hand.
• You plan and organize over 30 sales events per year as well as 1–2 trade fairs. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and our brand is perfectly presented.
• You develop, update POS and sales materials (flyers, brochures, roll-ups etc.) and contribute directly to the visibility and impact of our brand.
• You support the organization and implementation of internal company events like New Year’s party or summer festival and make sure these special moments are a highlight for everyone.

What you bring with you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in trade marketing – ideally in the B2B environment – and know how to bring together sales and marketing measures successfully.
• You are an organizational talent, keep an overview in projects and communicate clearly and structured with all internal and external stakeholders.
• You are characterized by reliability, initiative and a real hands-on mentality – getting things done instead of waiting is exactly your thing.
• You can assert yourself without losing sight of the togetherness and convince with a secure stakeholder management.
• You feel at home in tools like Google Workspace, Slack and Asana and use them to bring your projects forward efficiently.
• Moreover, you speak German at a native level and good English.
