Your Role At Alteos

You will build long-term relationships with new and existing business partners in the Netherlands and develop them strategically. You will plan and organize your customer appointments independently, present our innovative insurance solutions, and inspire your conversation partners for a collaboration.

You will represent Alteos at trade fairs, industry events, and develop creative formats for customer acquisition and retention. You will efficiently manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system (Hubspot) – transparent, data-driven, and goal-oriented.

What You Bring To Us

You have at least three years of experience in B2B sales or field sales – especially welcome are experiences in the bicycle industry, e.g., from bicycle retail. You work structured, independently and pursue your goals with clarity and perseverance. You convince with charm, professionalism, and empathy – whether in a personal conversation or virtually. You speak fluent Dutch, have negotiation-safe German skills, and can communicate well in English. Insurance knowledge is not mandatory, but it is nice to have – we will teach you what you need. What is important is your openness and willingness to learn.
