We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The primary mission will be to support the PPV (Production Process Validation) activities for the Final Assembly Line by executing recovery work on a high volume of tooling assets. This role is focused on tool traceability, quality documentation validation, and ensuring proper acceptance records (AAR) are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualification status of tooling equipment.
  • Verify presence of tools in J&T database and determine if tools were Goods Received (GR'd).
  • Determine purchasing method and supplier for each tool.
  • Locate tools and confirm J&T tags and quality stamps.
  • Tag tools as "N/A" if not found and initiate the appropriate lost tool notifications.
  • Trigger Scrap Change Requests (CR) for untraceable tools via Manufacturing Engineering

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering or tooling environments, preferably within aerospace or industrial sectors.
  • Strong skills in documentation control, supplier communication, and tool tracking.
  • Familiarity with databases like J&T or equivalent quality record systems.
  • Able to operate independently on a shopfloor, identify missing tools, and follow investigation protocols.
  • Familiarity with PPV validation processes.
  • Understanding of Acceptance Approval Report (AAR) and traceability requirements.

Salary Range: $60k-$67k
