Junior Account Manager

Altenar is a provider of sportsbook software and services to licensed gaming operators. Ranging from 'software-only' product offers to the provision of a fully managed sports betting platform stack, Altenar offers proven stability coupled with a flexible and personalised service. Our software is developed and operated in-house, whilst being powered by premium quality data feeds.

We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and dedicated Junior Account Manager who will act as a main point of contact for their clients. Our future Junior Account Manager will have a passion for helping others and drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Acting as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client needs and concerns.
  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
  • Staying on top of accounts, making sure that they are receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs.
  • Collaborating with sales and other internal teams to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that the product updates meet the client expectations.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Acting as a client's representative with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Requirements And Skills

  • Languages' requirements: Spanish (proficient level), English (intermediate level), Greek
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
  • Organisational skills and good attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
  • Sports betting experience will be considered an extra advantage
