Senior Salesforce Administrator

The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense powers our sales organization by driving efficiency, productivity, and scalability. We deliver reporting and analytics, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives across Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives. We're a fast-moving team of self-starters who thrive on solving complex problems and enabling growth.

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Engineer to lead the development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce and related business applications. This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic input, partnering with stakeholders across the globe to architect scalable solutions, improve workflows, and strengthen the revenue technology ecosystem.

10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and Salesforce (admin & developer).

Proven expertise with Salesforce (LWC, SFDX, APIs, security models).

Strong background in software development (Java, Python, modern frameworks, APIs, containerization).

Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and CI/CD practices.

Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Creative problem solver who identifies innovative ways to drive sales productivity.

A collaborative leader and mentor who thrives at the intersection of business and technology.

Own the Salesforce org and connected tech stack (Outreach, Marketo, GCP, Jira, etc.), driving innovation and stability.

Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.

Lead cross-functional projects, from scoping through implementation.

Provide architectural guidance and evaluate tools/vendors to support business needs.

Troubleshoot, document, and continuously improve system performance and user experience.

Serve as the technical authority for the Revenue Organization—coaching team members and supporting users at all levels.

This is a high-impact role with direct visibility into senior leadership. You'll have the opportunity to shape the technology strategy behind our revenue engine, innovate on process and system design, and help scale a rapidly growing global business.
