I am Jochen Missel, Co-CEO at AlphaPet Ventures, responsible for our D2C business. On our way to developing AlphaPet into a European 500 million Euro champion, I am looking for a strategic partner in execution: A person whose absolute reliability and operational excellence allows our entire executive team to focus fully on the strategic core tasks.
You create the clarity and structure that allow me to lead with maximum speed and precision.
Your role
Your main task is to guarantee the operational excellence of our D2C unit as my direct partner. You create the unassailable foundations on which brilliant strategic decisions are possible. You are the owner of our critical management processes and ensure their flawless execution.
- Take responsibility for the entire process of our D2C reporting - from consolidating the monthly sales updates from the business units to tracking our data security progress
- Deliver not just numbers, but a clear, prepared truth that serves as the only basis for our control and orchestrate my key communication formats
- Transform our all-hands meetings from a mere update into a motivating, strategic event by not only collecting the content but also forming a convincing narrative
- Take the lead for our OKR processes and ensure that goals are clearly defined, progress is precisely tracked, and results are transparently communicated so that the entire organization stays on track
- Act as my central anchor point, prepare my appointments before and after, and ensure a smooth flow of information to my most important interfaces
- Take responsibility for defined projects and lead them with the highest precision from A to Z and you are the guarantor that agreed initiatives are delivered on time
What You Bring
- You have a relevant degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a role where accuracy, analysis, and organizational talent were crucial (e.g., in management consulting, project management, controlling, a staff or assistant function)
- Your way of working is exceptionally structured, methodical, and absolutely reliable and you have an extremely high quality standard for yourself and your work “Good enough” does not exist for you
- You can not only manage complex data but also transfer them clearly and understandably into decision templates
- Your communication in German and English is precise and professional and you are proficient in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- You stand out with strategic loyalty, a partnership drive, and team spirit
- Be a sparring partner who loyally disagrees to achieve the best result for the company and absolute discretion is a matter of course for you
