You’ll design, implement, scale, and maintain the code that powers our production environment. With real freedom to innovate, you’ll shape the next generation of our data and backend platform—connecting APIs, pipelines, self-managed and cloud infrastructure platform to deliver fast, reliable, high-impact systems.
Design, build, and maintain Python APIs and backend services to support both internal and third-party integrations.
Develop and operate robust, end-to-end data pipelines, managing data flow from ingestion through persistence across various Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Apply strong principles of data modeling and database design for managing structured and semi-structured data effectively.
Ensure the delivery of clean, testable, and production-ready code.
Drive continuous improvement in observability, performance, and reliability for all backend and data systems.
Utilize modern cloud and automation best practices, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
Up to 1 year of professional experience in backend or data engineering.
Strong academic background
Excellent proficiency in Python and SQL.
Practical, hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and data warehouse design (e.g., BigQuery or Snowflake), and experience with building and deploying APIs.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
You’re passionate about data engineering and motivated to make an impact through innovative solutions.
Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and observability practices.
