We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to take full ownership of our core user acquisition channels. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on expert with a proven track record of scaling Google Ads and other paid media channels. You will be instrumental in maximizing our overall growth, running high-impact processes, and building a high-performing team. Own & Scale Core Channels: Take full ownership of our Google Ads channel, from strategy and execution to optimization, ensuring we hit ambitious user acquisition and ROI targets.
Oversee Multi-Channel Growth: Oversee and manage other paid channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation, execution, and performance across all areas.
Build & Structure the Team: Lead the charge in building and structuring our performance marketing team, establishing scalable processes and playbooks that enable rapid growth.
Drive Strategic Execution: Manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and translate performance data into actionable strategies that directly contribute to our business goals.
Collaborate for Business Impact: Work closely with cross-functional leaders from our Product and Creative teams to align on goals and ensure that marketing efforts directly impact the company's growth.
Deep Google Ads Expertise: A proven track record of successfully managing and scaling user acquisition efforts with a deep, hands-on understanding of all Google Ads channels (Search, Display, App Campaigns, etc.).
Multi-Channel Experience: Experience owning and managing other paid media channels like Meta, TikTok, or other user acquisition platforms.
Leadership & Mentorship: A history of leading or mentoring a small team, with an ability to build and implement scalable processes.
Budget Ownership: A track record of taking full ownership of significant marketing budgets, from managing day-to-day operations to defining long-term strategic goals.
