Alma is strengthening its consumer strategy to create more value for end customers and drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat purchases. To support this ambition, we are hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to explore, size, and launch new B2C services for Alma consumers.
In this role, you will lead the development of new service propositions, from identifying market opportunities to shaping the value proposition and driving go-to-market execution. Potential areas include services such as insurance, cashback, and other consumer-facing offers that enhance the Alma experience.
This is a highly strategic and cross-functional position, ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with sharp customer understanding and hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product, Data, Brand, Design, and Operations to turn opportunities into impactful launches.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in taking new B2C services from early exploration to market launch. You will sit at the intersection of customer insight, market intelligence, offer design, product & pricing strategy, and commercial packaging, ensuring that Alma builds services that customers want and that create meaningful business impact.
Your main missions will be:
You have 6-8 years of experience among which 2-3 years experience in exploring, sizing and launching B2C monetised services
Experiences in Fintech and/or consultancy are an advantage
You have a strong ability to assess market opportunities and translate insights into strategic recommendations
You have excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset
You are customer-centric
You are a critical thinker and a problem solver
You excel in team environments
You are fluent in English
