Job Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls requesting trash collections
• Retrieve all necessary information needed for service requests
• Enter data accurately into various software systems
• Address customer service inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Conduct various internal audits and customer surveys

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience handling a high volume of calls
• Outstanding active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
• Ability to de-escalate customer complaints
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Bonus if fluent in Spanish
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer literacy; ability to use various software systems simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $20 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
