This is a U.S.-based remote position. San Francisco Bay Area employees are highly encouraged to come into the office one day a week.

AllTrails is looking for an Executive Operations Lead to help drive momentum and impact through helping lead company rhythm of business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale and operate with excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and board meetings
• Track key projects, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure follow-through and accountability
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
• Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports in advance of meetings and events
• Represent the company with external stakeholders, while serving as a liaison between CEO and external partners
• Build strong relationship across departments
• Own bi-monthly Town Hall meetings including agenda, speakers, and Q&A. Stay close to employee sentiment as part of content planning
• Maintain systems for document management, expenses, and approvals

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities and make sound judgements under pressure
• Ability to drive execution in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a bias for action
• Detail-oriented and hands-on approach
• Cross-functional team player with a track record of building positive relationships
• Humility, empathy and open-mindedness
• Passion for the outdoors

$180,000 - $210,000 a year
