Inside Sales Agent Specialist
Allstate is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent Specialist to join our Ivantage sales team. This is a remote, home-based opportunity where you'll play a key role in helping prospects become Allstate customers while earning competitive incentives for your performance.
In this role, you'll engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, using a consultative, relationship-based sales approach. You'll assess customer needs, recommend appropriate commercial insurance solutions, and confidently close sales—all while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage prospective customers through inbound and outbound phone interactions
- Build trust and long-term relationships using relationship-driven sales techniques
- Assess customer needs and present tailored commercial insurance solutions
- Successfully convert leads into new Allstate customers
- Meet or exceed individual sales performance and customer satisfaction goals
- Work independently while managing multiple screens and systems simultaneously
- Take ownership of results and hold yourself accountable for performance
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active insurance license in the state where you reside (required)
- Strong customer engagement and sales skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and screens
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred to better support our diverse customer base

Training: Six weeks paid training from 8:00 am, Eastern to 4:30 pm, Eastern
Upon completion of training, scheduled work hours will be 11:30 a.m. CT to 7:00 p.m. CT, including required Saturday shifts
Compensation offered for this role is 19.01 - 26.15 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
