Account Executive (AE)

We are a Berlin-based startup that is revolutionizing the mobility world with our innovative B2B product, Jobticket+ (the complete solution for companies to offer their employees the Deutschlandticket and other mobility solutions). We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) who is eager to grow our B2B sales.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for actively selling our Jobticket+ solution to companies. You play a key role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new customers. The job is strongly outbound-focused: you will capture AI-qualified leads and need a true "hunter" mentality with proven success in B2B sales and closing deals.

  • Manage the entire sales process: from automated lead generation to inbound conversion and closing.
  • Identify and contact the right B2B contacts from various industries.
  • Develop and pursue AI-driven sales strategies to achieve (and exceed) your goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customers.
  • Demo calls: You present Jobticket+ and show potential customers the added value we offer.
  • Negotiate contracts and bring deals home safely.
  • Use our AI tools to understand market trends, keep an eye on the competition, and find new opportunities.
  • Provide us with reliable and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Qualification

What you should bring:

  • Must: German at native level.
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • You have consistently exceeded your sales goals (quotas) as a B2B Account Executive (or in a similar closing role).
  • You understand the B2B sales process inside and out.
  • You are a communication and negotiation talent, especially when it comes to closing.
  • You are great with people and easily build strong customer relationships.
  • You are motivated, results-oriented, and really want to succeed.
  • You work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • You have experience with AI-driven sales tools.
  • Experience in the mobility or transport industry? That's a plus!
