All Response Media (ARM) is looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our growing London team. Sitting within our high-performing performance marketing function, this role will see you partnering closely with a Senior Account Manager and Account Director to plan, activate and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic Display and Video.
We're looking for a confident, delivery-driven marketer with hands-on planning and buying experience in at least one of Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic Display/Video (multi-channel experience is a strong plus). You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, blending sharp analytical thinking with commercial creativity to drive measurable growth and long-term success for your clients.

In this role, you'll take the lead on campaign delivery with growing autonomy, owning planning, activation and optimisation across digital channels, and delivering clear, confident performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders alike.
We're looking for someone who's excited to push boundaries with clients while consistently delivering standout results. You'll bring solid experience planning and buying across multiple digital channels, with the ability to balance data-led precision and creative thinking to fuel long-term growth strategies.
Collaboration is critical to success. You'll have proven client-management experience across B2B and/or B2C, confidently owning day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders and driving long-term partnerships. Internally, you'll work seamlessly across teams to maintain exceptional standards, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything moving forward at pace.
