Position Overview

Are you interested in Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team. You will take care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints, as well as you will pursue timely communication and documentation with our internal stakeholders. If you have a high focus on pro-active approach and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer portfolio with a proactive and professional approach, ensuring timely handling of orders and resolution of complaints while anticipating customer needs.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear and accurate information.
  • Coordinate shipments and related documentation through close collaboration with internal teams, including Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing and resolving order or pricing discrepancies as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor university degree in Economics, business administration, logistics, business and other comparable fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Good understanding of order management processes, order fulfillment, and the order-to-cash process (O2C).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
