This is a part-time position located at Allina Commons. The employee is required to live within 60 minutes of Apple Valley, MN. The position is fully remote, including orientation, with occasional on-site requirements. The role will also involve cross-training to refills, triage, and resulting work. This is a non-contract, benefit-eligible position. The FTE is 0.90 (72 hours per two-week pay period) with 8-hour day and evening shifts and occasional weekends.
The principle responsibilities of this role include:
Required qualifications include an associate’s or vocational degree in nursing and a minimum of three years of RN experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in triage, anticoagulation, or remote nursing support.
Licenses/certifications required include a Licensed Registered Nurse from the MN Board of Nursing and a Licensed Registered Nurse from the WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services.
Physical demands are sedentary, with lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally and negligible weight frequently.
Pay range is $39.19 to $53.72 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
