Provides leadership to maintain and enhance the programs clinical and operational performance. Supervises program staff that include master level therapists, master level psychologists, and/or psychologists. In addition, supervises mental health practitioners and admin support staff within the team. Partners with an Operations Manager in order to provide clinical and operational direction to program staff and program advance practice providers. This dyad leadership team is jointly accountable to create efficiencies and remove barriers in order to drive exceptional results that are greater than what could be achieved individually. Supervisors maintain accountability to Service Line leadership in order to advance work within clinical recruitment, patient access, care coordination, practice management, digital strategies, and the overall patient experience. Supervisors may be required to provide direct clinical care to a caseload of patients to support program needs.

Pay Range: $40.37 to $55.85 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend, and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
