Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy healthcare location supporting hospital and vaccine operations. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide standout customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and requesting additional support from Allied Universal and/or site personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas during patrols, verifying credentials and directing individuals to appropriate destinations in accordance with facility policies.
• Complete required reports such as incident reports, shift logs, and activity reports, and communicate key information to supervisors and/or incoming officers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• The client requires proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
