What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to guests and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Help to deter theft and other unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing customer traffic patterns, and communicating concerns to store leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, stock rooms, receiving areas, and perimeter spaces; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or points of entry, and verify credentials and deliveries according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events with clear written reports, and notify management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
