What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the automotive location.
• Receive, document, and prioritize incoming calls and requests for assistance, relaying information to appropriate Allied Universal team members.
• Maintain detailed logs of all incidents, calls, and dispatched activities in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and respond to incidents in a timely and calm manner.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from employees, visitors, and/or vendors at the location.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency response protocols and communicate critical information to relevant parties.
• Support Allied Universal and client site operations by adhering to established procedures and maintaining a professional presence in the dispatch role.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
